NEW: Exclusive Gorilla Tracking Safaris to Rwanda
If you are looking for a unusual and unique incentive destination, get close to the Giants of the Forest and join us on a once-in-a-lifetime Gorilla Tracking Safari in Rwanda.
Africa is such a big continent, with so many roads less travelled and so many adventures and unforgettable experiences still to be unlocked. The Terra Nova experience has been extended into Rwanda, which we have recently discovered as a wonderful incentive destination for adventure and animal lovers. The endangered mountain gorillas are almost extinct with only 750 in number left in the world shared between Rwanda’s Parc de Volcanoes, Virunga of Congo, Bwindi National Park and Mgahinga National Park of Uganda.
A tour to the remaining mountain gorillas in Rwanda’s Parc de Volcanoes is a memorable experience that contributes greatly to the survival of these mountain gorillas, as the permit fees paid by visitors are used to save their habitat and their lives as they are still heavily poached.
A trip to Rwanda consists of many highlights – apart from Gorilla Tracking, visitors can enjoy pottery workshops in Kigali, soar over the treetops of the rainforest in a helicopter, discover the unspoilt flora and fauna during a canopy walk, track monkeys and chimpanzees, visit social projects or explore the more than 30 islands on Lake Kivu with its exotic birds and bats. Rwanda is easily accessible from Europe, e.g. with direct flights from Amsterdam with KLM. Groups should not exceed 16 guests as permits for Gorilla Tracking are limited.
