INVITATION TO JOIN THE MEETINGS AFRICA HOSTED BUYERS PROGRAMME SOUTH AFRICA

Dear Colleague We would like to introduce you to Meetings Africa, which takes place in Gauteng, South Africa from the 28th February to the 01 March 2012. Meetings Africa is South African Tourism’s marketing platform which aims to expose local and international buyers to the range of services and products in Southern Africa’s MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conference, Exhibitions) industry. Meetings Africa targets everyone who travels for business or who books business travel as well as organisers of events, conferences, meetings, team incentive trips or teambuilding activities. South African Tourism invites a select group of hosted buyers to attend Meetings Africa every year. These buyers are nominated via SAT’s international country offices and sourced through leading business tourism exhibitions. Hosted buyers enjoy sponsored flights, accommodation and post show tours to experience Southern Africa first-hand as a destination for their next event or group. Hosted buyers are included in the matchmaking programme and all networking events.
